This policy describes how the PacklogX Service may and may not be used.
Permitted Use
- Managing packaging components, materials, articles, suppliers and compliance evidence.
- Generating technical documentation and declarations for internal review.
- Collaborating with internal users and approved suppliers.
- Inviting authorised customer and supplier representatives to the Customer Portal or Supplier Portal.
Prohibited Use
- Uploading unlawful, infringing, defamatory or malicious content.
- Uploading sensitive personal data not required for compliance purposes.
- Attempting to access other tenants' data, reverse engineer or circumvent security.
- Automated bulk scraping outside of the documented import features.
- Using the Service to spam, phish or distribute malware.
- Sharing portal invitations or credentials with an unauthorised person, or assigning a portal role that gives inappropriate access.
AI Features
AI features must not be used to generate misleading compliance statements. Customers must verify every AI suggestion before applying it to real records.
Enforcement
PacklogX may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy without notice.
