Compliance starts with better information
PacklogX started with a practical problem.
Working in the packaging industry, we saw how difficult it can be to keep all the information about packaging in one place. Material specifications, supplier information, recycled content, recyclability, technical documents and compliance requirements are often spread across emails, spreadsheets, PDFs and different systems. At the same time, European packaging legislation is becoming increasingly detailed. Companies need to know not only what their packaging is made of, but also where the materials come from, what suppliers declare, which documents support those declarations and how the information can be used to demonstrate compliance.
We believed there had to be a better way.
From packaging practice to PacklogX
PacklogX was created from practical experience in the packaging industry.
The idea was not to build another generic software platform. It was to create a tool that understands how packaging companies actually work.
We wanted to bring packaging data, supplier information, documentation and compliance requirements together in one structured environment. That became PacklogX.
Our goal is simple: make packaging compliance easier to understand, easier to manage and easier to demonstrate.

PacklogX is designed for companies that need to manage packaging information on a day-to-day basis.
Instead of searching through folders, emails and spreadsheets, companies can structure their information around their products, packaging components, materials and suppliers.

PacklogX was founded by Massimiliano Porcu, based on practical experience in the packaging industry and the challenges companies face when managing packaging information and compliance.
The idea behind PacklogX came from a straightforward question:
“Why should packaging companies have to piece together all this information themselves when it could be structured in one place?”
PacklogX is the result of that idea.
The ambition is not to make compliance sound more complicated. It is to make it more structured, transparent and manageable for the people who have to deal with it every day.
Where we're going
PacklogX is being developed with a clear focus on the future of packaging compliance.
